Restoration of a masterpiece: the Madonna del Carmelo
The Cultural Association "Síkalesh", invites to the event entitled "Restoration of a masterpiece: the Madonna del Carmelo by Tommaso de Vigilia, between history, art and devotion"

Wednesday, December 11 at 17:00 will be presented at the Church of Carmine Maggiore the restoration of the work of 1492 by Tommaso de Vigilia representing the Madonna del Carmelo and the history of the first Carmelites.
To present the work, prof.ssa Maria Concetta di Natale, president of the Fondazione Sicilia that financed the restoration, the Rector of the Carmine Maggiore p. Pietro Leta and the restorer Franco Fazzio.
